Booking with Rental Systems require the payment of an additional �8.00 insurance fee which incorporates a money back guarantee. The �200 security deposit is collected when the balance of the booking is due and is refunded to your debit / credit card 7 days after vacating the property satisfactorily. Please note, there is flat 3GBP charge for Debit Cards i.e. Solo, Visa Delta, Maestro and a 2.5% charge for Visa and Master Cards.
