Interior

This Cyprus accommodation covers an area of 60 m2, all of which has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. The apartment is situated on the first floor and consists of an open plan kitchen-living-dining area. All rooms feature tiled flooring throughout. For your comfort, all living / sleeping areas have air conditioning/ heating and double glazed tinted windows.

There are 2 bedrooms (master bedroom opens onto the veranda) and the master bedroom has a double bed with built in wardrobes. The twin bedroom has two single beds which can be pushed together if required and also has built in wardrobes. A baby travel cot is available on request. The contemporary bathroom has a bath with shower over.

Exterior

There’s an additional 26 m2 of space on the veranda. This is where you can relax using the patio lounge set and coffee table whilst soaking up the sea view. Enough space to unwind and dine alfresco, on a balmy evening.

There’s a covered private car parking space if you hire a vehicle during your stay.

The resort is called ‘Armonia’ and built on elevated ground, consisting of four units surrounding well maintained, landscaped gardens. My apartment is the green coloured unit, Block B (shown in plan below) and the location of the apartment is signified by the little white circle.

It has a lagoon style, communal swimming pool with a smaller children’s splash pool. You’ll also be able to enjoy the facilities of the communal showers and WC. Exercise in the gym and relax in the sauna after an active day in the Mediterranean or Troodos Mountains. Lounge under the sweltering sun at the pool bar while the children have fun at the play area.

"The property is excellent value for money with all fixtures and fittings of a very high standard. The air conditionning was a god send. The property was a bit more remote than we were expecting with the nearest small shop a good 20 minutes walk each way so a hire car is absolutely essential. The pool area is also very good with no shortage of loungers. Being so remote the complex is very quiet save for a large dog opposite which was of a mind to start barking as soon as the sun went down. If you are after an away from it all holiday this is the place for you, if you require shops, bars/restaurants within walking distance then maybe not. Kapparis itself is up and coming but with a way to go yet. Protarus, 10 mins by car, is far more lively with plenty for adults and kids alike. The owners agent was extremely helpful. If you are not thinking of renting a car at the airport I would recommend you use his services to pick you up and return you (cost 43 euros each way).
